May 3, 2024 - Tom Bellmyer, Commissioner Precinct 4, reports water is over the roadway on County Road 4323 at the location of Risinger Creek and Flat Fork Creek.
The road is under water by nearly two feet and drivers are encouraged to take an alternate route.
